Physical Therapist

School Based Therapy Services, Cedar Grove, NJ

We are currently seeking skilled part-time Physical Therapists to work in Bergen and Hudson County Public School Districts for the 2018 ESY program and 2019-2020 school year. Population includes preschool disabled, children with autism, students in special education with an IEP, and general education students with a 504.

All interested candidates must have a valid NJ License, School Certification, and Criminal History Review letter.


BCBA

School Based Therapy Services is seeking several BCBAs for extended school year and the 2019-2020 school year.  Extended School year hours will be limited and as needed based upon student enrollment.

Regular school year need is as follows:

  • Bergen County Public School – 20 hours per week
  • Passaic County Public School – 20 hours per week with a possibility to increase as program expands
  • Hudson County Public School – 20-30 hours per week

The BCBA will be a self motivated and dynamic leader.  He/she must be proficient in conducting FBA’s and devising and monitor appropriate behavioral intervention plans.  Additionally, the BCBA will train and supervise district staff on implementation of behavioral programs. The BCBA will provide consultation to the child study team, teachers, aides, parents.

The BCBA must have strong written and verbal communication skills and work well as a collaborative team member.

LDTC

School Based Therapy Services is seeking an LDTC for 2019-2020 school year.  Responsibilities include case management and testing. Consultant will have strong interpersonal skills, work well as a team member, be organized, proficient with special education code, and possess strong writing ability.   Must be knowledgeable of all relevant standardized evaluations and web based IEP programs.

  • Hudson County Public School – 20 hours per week
  • Passaic County Public School – 20 hours per week
